J.Lalli Valley Villa
J.Lalli Valley Villa is a mountainous residential development in Moganshan, China. The project covers a construction area of 23000 square meters and contains 130 households. The buildings are arranged in stepped rows that follow the slope, so each house receives good sunlight and a wide view of the mountain. Four residential groups share paths and pavilions, and each group includes a wheelchair elevator for barrier-free access. Stilt structures and fabricated steel components were used to limit damage to the mountain and its trees.
J.Lalli Valley Villa Residential House by gad has been featured as an outstanding example of architectural design by the A' Design Award. J.Lalli Valley Villa Residential House was awarded the Golden A' Design Award in Construction and Real Estate Projects Design in 2021.
